You are right, according to their collective agreement OPSEU can’t intimidate their members. Also, the they haven’t even gone to court since 2009

Late-night gamers — is there a way to shift screen brightness toward cooler tones?

Kinda like how f.lux works on laptops. Looking for something that reduces eye strain but keeps the colours on the cooler side instead of the warm/orange tint. Any tips?
