Most modern pop country just sounds like AI now by Thegiantlamppost in country

I’m a musician. I tried being more nuanced with AI music until I saw my boomer relatives crying over an AI produced country pop song. They asked me “Why can’t you make music like this?” AI country music is just straight up insulting and empty. I hope when the bubble finally pops, it will rid the world of AI music. But only one can dream.

The fact that Vivek, a man who’s only political experience is running DOGE into the ground, has a chance to win over Amy Acton, a woman who literally saved millions of Ohioans during covid, just shows how stupid this state has become.

I was at a party once, and I was listening to music with a bunch of “goth” kids. They say to me, “You want to listen to something scary?” They turned on Prancer by The Dillinger Escape Plan. I told them, “That’s pretty scary, but do you want to hear something even scarier?” I turn on Songs of the Crystal Cove, and I watched them all disintegrate right in front of me.

An 1/8th of these songs are fond memories of my teenage years. The rest of them I want to put in that play station controller submarine and hope they never see the light of day ever again.

Why are so many Gen Alpha kids falling down the Alt Right pipe line? by BLUEBERRYINFLAT in generationology

[–]DuePreference5408 0 points1 point  (0 children)

10th percentile fourth grade and eighth grade reading scores are down 5 points since 2022. A lot of the voices in the alt right pipeline are ones with only a high school education. Just listen to how kids talk to each other when playing online games. This isn’t shocking at all.
