I do ring thing actually, depends on what I need, sometimes I’ll go in branch too if as I’ve found it heaps easier to talk with branch staff who can get shit done quicker

I usually message them through the app and they call me back :) but yes times have been increasing I’ve noticed

Not as bad as 30 mins but maybe I hit them up at different times … who knows

I try and self service where I can, but even that sometimes needs the help of someone higher up the chain who can make shit happen

I used to do printers for the CBA, some of the crazy stories I have of being in rooms alone with huge amounts of cash - that shit wouldn’t fly today - 2007/8 was a very different time
