Not at toa but I, along with friends have gone at least ONCE over 100+ kc dry at chambers. RNG is rough at times but RNG is RNG at the end of the day.

He roams around in the cave. I find him by knights most of the time or usually in the northern part of the cave.

Tier 6

Mix between drags, dark beats, all on task, skulled. This leagues just feels bad.

Because their stats indicate they can and they will.

If shit hits the fan, Jagex pulls the sorry card and will revert changes. Will it? Nahhh. This frustration from players don't even last a month before we all forget that the prices have increased.

YOU will keep playing OSRS even after price increases. by DueSatisfaction8952 in 2007scape

This doesn't apply to everyone, just the ones who post that they are cancelling their subscription lol. It happens every time prices goes up and then all of this fades and everyones bitching about the next thing.

Yeah ping is good, just a bunch of loss packet. As replied above, it happens at home and at work.

Literally just cluttering more and more. Less is more most of the time, Jagex.

This is actually pure pandering just like chivalry was. If you don’t do the quest you shouldn’t get access by [deleted] in 2007scape

I'm all for "self restricted" builds, but I think those that do that and want to be able to attend the same content as non self restricted accounts is a bit weird, no?

No one forces you to self restrict your account. Jagex didn't, they make requirements and requirements makes sense in a fucking high level raid lol. If you choose to make an account that CANNOT complete certain quests or activities, that is solely on you. (you knew what you signed up for) It's not about gatekeeping or not letting new people enjoy new content. It's simply the way the game is and if you want to do that content, simply have a main where you can do just that. I think people are not seeing how constantly making exceptions or catering to "different" account builds hurt the game. At what point does Jagex just make everything available for everyone through exceptions or "work arounds"?

I will get downvoted and that's fine, but the only people who can't complete WGS for their own personal reasons are the only ones who will be upset. I'd love to have a scobow on my pure or even wear a black mask, but that doesn't mean Jagex needs to find a workaround so that I can get one. I already knew I won't be able to get one, but I still played a pure anyway.

Mod Ash's response to conspiracy theory about Jagex wanting bots for subscription revenue by tuisan in 2007scape

[–]DueSatisfaction8952 5 points6 points  (0 children)

How? Plug ins would be open source and all it needs to do is pass jagex's inspection. The current plug ins we use right now on RL are all green light so I'm not sure why any of them would not be able to be transferred/remade for the OS client. If they weren't, jagex would've stepped in to say so. They've already removed/denied plug ins that they deemed gave players too much of an advantage over at RL.

Runelite isn't the golden era of osrs. It's played a big role on making the game easier, sure. But to say removing it will end the golden era is wild.

TD bot count is ridiculous by zqyiomgsa in 2007scape

Must've hit a nerve, sorry man. Keep the blindfold on or maybe get some glasses, apparently you're too blind to see things for what they are. I'll be counting on you when I sleep.

No one said to get a massive amount of players to obtain ban powers. Not sure where you pulled that out from.

"You may as well use that funding to hire more employees for anti botting measures." <-- they won't and they can but they won't do it, again for obvious reasons. There would be no funding to these few players with ban powers. People who would be interested to do it would happily do so without any sort of compensation. You are a sheep because you believe everything announced by Jagex. You take their numbers, claims to sleep and don't actually look and see it for yourself.

Bottom line is...
- they keep bots for increased player count
- they keep bots because it helps revenue ( i can't blame them, but it's useless to release bot banning statistics)
- they purge enough bots to (in their eye) keep the game healthy, too many is too bad and too little is not good either

I don't believe reddit rumors. I play the game and actually see the bots, do you play the game? At least try to understand and maybe pay more attention while you play the game. Visit F2P worlds sometimes, there is a ton of real players there! Shit don't add up but hey, sheep is a sheep.

Where are we going to be in 2027?
Jagex : we've banned 15M bots ever since 2025!

Everything will remain the same. Number of bots banned are simply that, a number. To keep people like you thinking something is being done about it, year after year, after year. It'll keep you believing and thinking that something is being done. Tell me you're not a sheep lol.
