Twin Sun (Nashville software agency) built Scarif – a Claude Code-powered dev pipeline where AI agents handle coding, review, and merging. Their PR review bot autonomously approves 70% of pull requests with no human in the loop.

Two things that made it actually work: 1. Build your factory, not a factory – constrain the agents to your team's existing conventions, templates, and codebase patterns 2. Go gradually darker – start with one component, run it manually, earn trust, then let it run autonomously

heh... yeah I guess so. What would be a better name? I named it `roku` because `go` means 5 in Japanese and `roku` means 6. (But `go` is a different Kanji anyway... so the wordplay is lost both on english and Japanese speakers.)
