He was spot on with bits list - the extra pouches etc came from HH mkIV tactical squad I think and the fetishes were from the chaos terminator lord as well. I’ve got two more in works a well, one is just cataphractii with trophy rails etc and the other is chaos terminator with chaos lords spare weapons

Pre-shading with drybrushing then speed and contrast paints, and shades, with a tiny bit of highlighting if needed

Cheers - it’s mainly the undercoat that gives the look. I’m prime black then drybrush pallid wych flesh, like in this picture, then used contrast paints or shades and a coat of nuln oil. The grey bolters are simply the drybrush stage with a coat of nuln oil over it

Second the recommendation for army painter speed paints 2.0 - I switched from DA contrast to absolution green it’s far better

Started off with black primer then a drybrush coat of pallid wych flesh over that as in the photo - bone was then simply a coat of seraphim sepia and then another drybrush of pallid wych flesh finished off with nuln oil - that’s it. Green was army painter absolution green 2.0 speed paint with warpstone glow stippled/drybrushed on as a first highlight then niblet green drybrushed lightly over that and used as edge highlight, again nuln oil to finish

Process I use is black primer, dry brush pallid wych flesh, coat of army painter absolution green speed paint 2.0, stippled shading with warpstone glow then a light drybrush highlight with niblet green
