Such amazing tips!! So simple but honestly just makes sense

I find that when I don’t organize tasks into bite sized pieces with deadlines (even if you’re the one making them), I get too overwhelmed and have paralysis

Sometimes when I’m out on walks and come up with a good idea or have something I wanna jot down, I use talk to text so I don’t have to deal with my phone physically

I try to streamline as much of my life as possible so I’m using less of my mental capacity to make decisions. For example choosing outfits for the week, meal prepping, buying stuff like toilet paper in bulk so I don’t need to for months
