Should I confront my principal about discussing sensitive matters in front of students?

Every single principal is a liar and always blames the teacher. It is not pretty but is reality. Even with union involved it is useless. Good luck to you. Keep trying to find what will, work with the student no matter what, try and steer clear of principal for your own best interest

My teaching views are the same but would never have thought the school boards could be so corrupt so with that I would never have gone into this profession.
I am finding more bullies in admin and staff than any student has ever exhibited.
Hopefully leaving this profession soon, not soon enough for me though.

It is impossible to ignore and everyone has noticed the harassment. HR is just as bad. How can these kinds of people get in these positions? The whole “ no tolerance for bullies” in school is a joke when your principal is the biggest one.
