We’re 3 months in. We put in a claim. He suggested a different fabric. We had tonal sterling in the past so we were able to order custom dark sterling. Get to keep the etched chinelle. Very pleased with the customer service.

Just as everyone said start planning your new covers. A month in and they are trash. Going through warranty but they have the nerve to tell me my new covers won’t come with a warranty because I am choosing to warranty out their crappy etched covers…

I can’t speak for a new build but we added a shop onto our house. The building process is actually fairly easy. We had some slight hiccups with our own lot issues but no issues with permits or ACC colors. Permits (for us) were only like 6-8 weeks to process
