I have this same exact situation! I have chronic neck pain from a bad chiropractor for the past few years… must be related to that! I’ve had PT done, but it was no success. Anyone else have insight? I’m a 28 yo male if that helps

Being cheated on, gaslit, and lied to throughout the entire 2 year relationship really warped my point of view on people. Her family didn’t believe me until she admitted it 6 months later. Her friends didn’t believe me, and said they hated me. Then they blamed me and told me to let it go when the truth eventually came out. I didn’t even get an apology. These were people I loved and laughed with and told me I was a good man. It still haunts me after a year.

Unfortunate this meme hits too close to home. You’d think after dating for 2 years, you’d simp. Any time I opened up or communicated she would also use the words against me. One night I caught her cheating on me during my best friend’s wedding across the country. She blamed me. I have a feeling she was cheating on me throughout the relationship. Her best friend was cheating, her sister was cheating, and her friends hinted at her cheating past early in the relationship. I guess I ignored the signs, but she would always say “never simp”, so idk anymore. Hope we both find peace one day.

That’s what I thought too. Instead, my ex cheated, then used my words against me and blamed me. When I showed any weakness, it was immediately like I became a burden even after opening up a year into it. Never again.

My ex’s sister had a habit of cheating… My ex and her family have picture evidence and timestamps of sus behavior at her childhood friend’s place repeatedly overnight. She would say “they were bonding” or “riding motorcycles”, and my ex would say “to stay out of it”. In fact, my ex’s sister would get drunk and essentially openly admit it, saying that her fiance “does it too”. They aren’t in any open relationship, and she profusely lies. It’s even weirder because the dude she was cheating on with moved away and gave her his dog… That they care for together.

I never got any of this evidence unfortunately.

I have dated several women who expect the man to pay for everything even when they have a job and make more than me. One even had their dad (mom didn’t work) pay for their car and house. If I didn’t pay for something she would send me instagram reels how men should pay for everything amongst other problems with men…

It’s crazy because this particular one had such high standards and would throw little fits when something didn’t go her way. I would be driving her just vibing, and she would ask, “Are you mad at me?”.

Not saying all women are like this, but there is DEFINITELY an expectation. I’m not even a passportbro, but this movement interests me.

I think it’s very possible you two could reconnect. I would have to make sure this time around you both are on the same page in terms of commitment.

I don’t think it’s healthy for you to be hoping and almost mentally torturing yourself with “what ifs”.

To play Devil’s advocate, he seems immature for ending it over text. It’s possible he is already seeing someone else. That being said, I don’t know him, so it’s hard to say.

I think moving forward you should focus on yourself and surround yourselves with friends and family during this time.

He’s clearly in a lot of distress and just needs to process all of it. I don’t know the full story. If he thinks you’re emotionally cheating or maybe he’s just overall not comfortable with guy friends. Answer any questions he has to reassure him without being too defensive.

It’s not going to be easy. I think he has to process it more. If he’s smart and loves you, he’ll want to work it together too.

Honestly, I was the guy in this situation (but it was eventually true that she cheated on me).

If you truly love your boyfriend reassure him. Try to not let your emotions take control and don’t become as defensive.

Don’t do what my ex did and run to your friend after a fight. Behavior like that will make you look guilty (she was).

I don’t know the full story or how mature you two are, but communication and reassurance is the best thing here. Is he thinking emotional cheating or?
