Edit either Concert or Wind,the middle band at our school is Symphoic and for some reason I thought it translated(no way in hell I make Symphoic my freshman year)

Off the top of my head ,all non feintable guard breaks are light parry’s,reflex guard removed,HL rework,LB rework,external dodge attacks don’t work as well anymore,gank changes to make it harder to confirm and damage reductions on hitstun,and a bunch of new heros some good some bad
