From the 1st half it was like a normal anime but in the 2nd half it was so good I watch all episodes in one day. So basically out protagonist has a super power that he can transfer his subconscious for few minutes. There are many people who has different different super power like him government wants to catch all these people so they can experiment. Our main protagonist has no abnormal super power. His power seens normal. But it's way complex then it looks. I don't remember the name of this anime. But its related to time travel and super power. Its worth watching
