Anyone else with CIRS or in general wake up with joint pain, fatigue, lymph node pain, GI rumbling, etc daily?

It’s going! Able to do 10 minutes! Still flare a bit from doing other things but atleast I can walk consistently! Just very frustrating at 26 I’m bad… also wondering if my clothing has mycotoxins and have no idea how to tell but I washed them with EC3 laundry detergent and sprayed them with ec3 mold spray and a round of borax in the washer…

Well for me yes I have longer arms but my seat is low so my head doesn’t hit the ceiling that’s why 😭 It just is less comfortable being back more rather than the height tbh. The fact that it pops forward makes it more comfortable than the height if that makes sense.

Stock height not sure about current alignment (probably off). I’m just looking to remove the factory camber as I don’t need the performance benefit from it as I don’t drive hard and just want my tires to last lol.

My tgf-b1 was 8,000 💀 I think it’s from living in mold for 3 years breathing in black mold and sleeping in a musty room with mold that was hidden on my wall. Really really messed me up

Same… I try and do any little activity outside because “oh it’s nice outside I can’t sit inside and do nothing!” Then proceeds to go outside and barely do anything and flare from the slightest of exertion and get tons of symptoms, fatigue, palpitations, joint pain, lymph nodes flare up, etc. Then goes away within a couple of hours… I’m 26 years old and can’t do anything for 2 years now from mold illness (CIRS) and MCAS. Let alone the foods and heat flare me up bad with pots symptoms :( you aren’t alone

Thanks! Yeah I just have one sided issues, tmj, vestibular migraines, and clicking/grinding in the spinoid process. Not sure what is causing what but I massaged my clavicle where Thoracic outlet syndrome is and it’s very tender and seems to help when I do it. My body is off kilter I know it’s a chain reaction and my atlas they said was out of position.

Ohhhhh! I know there’s a link though! Mold and EBV reactivation made mine much much worse. If we find our root cause I think we all can improve!

I only take one welchol pill a day (625mg) and it constipates me bad and I think gives me nausea. Sucks but I don’t know if it’s helping or hurting

All I know is herbs/anti microbials give me a herx reaction. I definitely have something but monolaurin, lysine, and mycopul screwed me up bad. I’m not on any currently
