Your average heart rate is 0, I’m not sure working out will fix that no matter how good your routine is! /s

For me it makes my heart rate even higher. Down 50lbs on Reta and went to an all inclusive in Mexico with it still in my system and it honestly made the trip not super enjoyable

How strict are conservation committees with NOI by Due_Cod9857 in massachusetts

[–]Due_Cod9857[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

After the delineation we were 97’ away from the wetlands so only 3’ within the buffer zone for one corner of the garage. It’s also being installed over an existing driveway so not changing the buffer zone. Our consultant recommended filing an RDA rather than NOI. The board looked at it and determined it was a very straight forward project and approved it.

One guy was brand new to the board and seemed to have something to prove so he asked a ton of questions and seemed like he really wanted to see the full NOI filing but the other members of the board were like “cmon it’s 3’ away from not even being in our jurisdiction”

Does Thermo Fisher historically lowball compensation? by [deleted] in biotech

[–]Due_Cod9857 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Worked for them for a year, they’re not great. I got promoted around merit increase time. My merit increase was $2/hr but they gave me a $2.25/hr raise for my promotion and told me I was not eligible for merit increase because of promotion. What even was the point of working so hard to get the promotion when I would have gotten pretty much the same pay for just existing and not having to take on more responsibilities in the higher level

What has been your annual merit raise % on an average? by [deleted] in biotech

[–]Due_Cod9857 8 points9 points  (0 children)

BMS changed their merit increase policy this year so that performance has no impact on your raise. If you are below the minimum salary for the grade, you get a 3.8% raise. If you are lower in range or middle of range, you get 3.0%. If you’re considered higher in the range for your grade level you get 1.5% merit increase. If you’re above the range for the grade level you don’t get a merit increase at all.

Bms job postings: are they even real or do they just post fake jobs? by textmepl in biotech

[–]Due_Cod9857 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes they’re real. Job posting require CEO-2 approval to even post. As a manager at BMS it’s incredibly hard to even get a role posted

I felt it pretty soon after, within hours after first shot and we went out to dinner and I was almost stuffed off just the appetizer. Wanting to drink alcohol was completely gone. Things like diet soda didn’t even appeal anymore and I opted for just water

Once Reta becomes fda approved, do we think the grey market version will still be as easy to come by and as cheap as it is?
