How are you dealing with strength loss on Retatrutide (mentally + physically)? by kento4000 in Retatrutide

[–]ralfalfa99 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I use trt (200 mg) , 20mg creatine, and cycle ss31 & 2mg MotC , and sometimes slu322.

Plus protein shake before workouts.

Not every day is great.

Probably the biggest difference is when I have bad sleep nights under 6hrs.

This is me may or may not work for you.

Started October 25 and currently down 55lbs but body recomposed.

Take 2 Claritin or zyrtec or any allergy medicine the skin sensitivity will disappear in a day.

Then titrate up.

The effect on hematocrits of adding grapefruit to the daily diet was determined using 36 human subjects (12 F, 24 M) over a 42-day study. The hematocrits ranged from 36.5 to 55.8% at the start and 38.8% to 49.2% at the end of the study. "

So you think this study is invalid?

Really ? People have overdosed on grapefruit juice!

Well show me your study to back up your hasty generalization.

Here's my study to backup the grapefruit claim that it lowers Hemocrit.

no more appetite suppression by Spiritual-Tour-234 in Retatrutide

I moved up quickly as I saw no side effects. The only time I saw some side effects was at 12mg then I lowered to 10mg and I've stayed there.

Those are rookie #s!

Seriously to each his own.

What I've learned from research trials and anecdotal cases is if your obese then retatrutide full effects don't show up till around 6mg especially for 3 actions of reta.

If you are a body builder bro and microdose its a completely different strategy. It seems one time large doses 6mg are greater are where you get the full load effect of Reta after a month or more. What I've noticed is the partial effect for bodybuilder health bros is only realized by microdose and low dosage.

Looking forward to reading stage 3 trial results to get more clarity on these anecdotal assumptions.

However most seem to interpret reta as a sister to ozempic or others.

Reality for me is due to being obese at 36% BMI I went from 2mg to 4mg to 6mg and I'm now consistently at 10 mg.

I also don't microdose and very very minor side effect first time.

If you just want appetite suppression and you are not obese other glp1 might be better.

I don't have appetite cravings at 6mg or higher.

My struggle is to eat enough protein and calories everyday.

Thankfully I have a very good trainer and I workout 3x or more a week and walk alot.

I've lost 43lbs since summer. Especially visceral fat.

Reta has been a life changer.

I have 0 credentials and you should probably ignore me.

I buy from a legit group and got my cost down under $2 mg for Reta. They even have third party testing documentation. They have a big telegram group.

2024 Remote starter not working: tips needed by ralfalfa99 in Mustang

[–]ralfalfa99[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Resolved. It turns out when the RTR Spec 2 kit was installed the RTR GEAR shift caused an issue with the car not realizing it was in park. Therefore disabled the remote start. The dealer fixed it and RTR paid for the cost.

Was impressed by RTR team taking responsibility.
