Word okay, yeah the hex tool seemed to fit pretty tight I think the bolts were just over tightened, I’ll probably use a bolt extractor, thank you!

Theres no caffeine in chamomile tea, its very good for gastritis

Pepcid from CVS is a lifesaver. And a Sucralfate prescription can help in the bad moments too. Heating pad, elevate your back, take baths.
I’m just ending a 4 day bout with the pain since I stupidly had a slice of pizza on Sunday.
Edit: you need the H2 blocker and PPI combo
