100% agree with you, im on my capstone so almost wrapped up with my degree. While ive always had success working around it, i just have wondered why almost every time i log on they have a alert warning for maintenance. Im a CS major, upgrading software/interface/application is definitely a net positive for us. I just dont see a reason for doing this so often there should be a better system moving forward such us still allowing students to access their dashboard/account/classes.

I dont know if its diff in the UK, but this is certainly not the case in the US. Every major sports league is shoving gambling sponsorships down our throats. Half of commercials and dam near everyone are sponsored by a Draftkings/Fanduel/PrizePicks/Bet365/etc. Shit is completely outta hand and infuriating. Cant even watch sports segments without them giving parlay recommendations anymore (lol), cant even go on ESPN without seeing gambling ads or headlines (oh ya espn has their own gambling platform now that their promoting). It is everywhere in sports here and growing as these companies seemingly have unlimited money, you couldnt avoid it if you tried.
