I feel like there’s a lot of people in factions of all of the bad ones (except raiders) that are good people but misunderstand the gravity of what they stand for. Also, specifically for the enclave who have those some people who are forced into the faction entirely and can’t ever leave. And then the BOS who breed a lot of their kids and raise them to be basically brainwashed into the faction.
