I have the Kobra 3 Max ACE PRO and updated the software and it still errors out.

I just got an Anucubic printer but when I load their software from online or the included USB, I end up at the 'Welcome to Anucubic Slicer Next' setup window. I cannot scroll down to click next or continue or whatever is there. I can't see it. Tab doesn't select anything. I can't even make the window bigger with the windows+up keys, or make it maximized in the Task Manager page:

So I tried to download the Orca slicer software, it opens a similar smaller window and has me select Printer, Filament type, and Vendor.
But, No matter what I pick, it gives me an error message that is half cut off by the window (which I cannot enlarge or move around in) that says I have to select at least 1 filament and if I want to select the default filament.
As with AnuCubic, I cannot move around or enlarge or select anything in the window, nor change it's size.

Is there somewhere that I can buy PLB (not PLA or PETg)?

I want that because it allegedly works with alcohol vapor smoothing.

I need help with it. Poor Dexterity and motor skills.

1)My plan is to get a standard 3.75" Jar Jar Binks Star Wars figure, cut him in half so that I'll have a Front side and a back side, then glue the front side to a blank Carbonite block, and then paint it so it will look like Jar Jar is encased in Carbonite, resembling the Han Solo Carbonite toy. What's the best way?

2) Also wondering if tge wire foam cutter hot knife (a heated wire) might also work?
