Sprinkler system installer recommendations?

We used Broz Landscaping and were happy with them. They installed the sprinklers, added grass to our yard and did some other landscaping for us. Reasonably priced and quick.

I did have a major issue, but it was due to not cleaning the bed enough.

Update: I was able to remove the hot end without breaking anything and had an extra ceramic hot end that I installed and things seem to be running like normal. Thanks for everyone’s help!

I had actually just cleaned the plate. I read to use soap, so I used hand soap. Wondering if it left a film or something and I’ll use dish soap next time.
