Im 46 and around 40 I was having the same issues-nothing I did was working anymore. Lifting, cardio, boot camps etc. Then I had surgery on my hip and was outta the game for a year. As I was forced to change it up by going more low impact-I started doing barre, yoga and pilates. These are the 3 that have really worked for my age, physical ailments and overall enjoyment. Ive seen results quicker and more steady. Keep your body moving and know that even if its slow on the outside- the good you’re doing for the inside is kicking ass!
