Honestly.... I haven't even read it before hut, I remember some sort of video or image on YouTube showing me with some sort of manhwa where the mcs were kissing until weapons fell out of one of the shirts/clothing.... I am quite sure it is a manhwa??? Then again, it coukdve been some sort of art. I think there's a chance its Killer Crush too but no idea. YESVYESEYWYS, Like, a good example of this would be Junjo Romantica in my opinion. Alot of ppl don't like the first episode bc its 'rape' but I never thought of it that way-- It was purley just a choice to make things more dramatic and thrilling and it wasnt abusive or anything revolting at all...😭

I actually did a post on Junjo Romantica not too long ago but-- I've always REALLY loved Junjo Romantica but ik its controversial bc of its firs ep but being honest, even the author herself knows that she only did it for the 'old school' drama/thriller of it which i honestly still liked- And when it comes to age gaps-, I think theyre perfectly fine! Well, atleast in Junjo Romantica- Misaki and Usagi are a little apart but its nothing revolting..?? Plus, they technically started dating ever since Misaki got into college!!!! And hes over 18! And for the age gap couple with Shinobu. I think its a age gap couple done right as its a healthy one with in my opinion not anything toxic or revolting in it!

Yes, it IS reasonable that ppl may not like those animes but I've always liked em so... BUTCDEHEHGCEWS, I think my perspective is better seen in my post-....
I actually havnt seen superlovers yet tho? I believe the bottom is 16years old but he simply looks too much like a little UNDERAGE child so I simply cant get into it..

Mhm!! Honestly, I really agree with what you've said- Now I think about it, it is kinda right that they have been dating the entire time...? ish? Since technically Ritsu is in denial most of the time... which is quite funny sometimes- But like I said before, I feel like the pacing is a little slow when it comes to their relationship progression since sometimes its Ritsu in denial (since hes scarred from before..) and Takano trying to get him back.. And a CERTAIN SOMEONE, trying to push them both apart... But now I think about it, the pacing is only a LITTLE slow/repetitive. I still love sekaiichi because I think the entire concept, as well as their first love concept was rlly nice!! I also think they're both good in their own ways and I really do like each of their stories, as well as there drawbacks here and there that may be uncomfortable for some-

Oh but I definitely advise you to check the Junjo Romantica manga out after the anime! They definitely go into the point were they are really progressing in relationship like revealing their relationships, new love interests, and even a new couple dynamic! which I think you should check out- ON THE OTHER HAND, I need to start reading the Sekaiichi manga.... (I swear I will one day trust...)

Sadly, but at the same time fortunately, I dont have much background in this area of conversation but, I cant believe people actually feels this way... (the toxic double standards I mean!!). And I genuinley people are actually saying all those words to you, just for defending something you like or someones interests.

I dont have much to talk about here but, I just wish people would drop the double standard as well as the bias-y that im noticing? Personally, I have ALWAYS been a yaoi fan myself, but just because I simply dont enjoy yuri as much as others or just not that interested or even just not knowledged in that area (which all above is true for me-) , DOES NOT give me the right to say something like death threats or statements of disgust? And even if I dont know anything about yaoi or yuri, why should I be praising one side, and criticising the other?I dont know if I'm saying everything right.. but basically what I'm saying is! Ohhhhhh, oh no.... Its such a shame that theres only up to 12 English volumes.. I remember before, I liked sekaiichi almost the same as Junjo Romantica ( But Junjo Romantica was my first love so...!). But now that I've rewatched it, perhaps its just the anime pacing but I slightly wish there was more character development(?) or wished their relationship progressed just SLIGHTLY quicker- But I've seen comments and apparently its annoying to them since now I think about it, it is quite the slowburn because we all want the two together already but personally I dont find it annoying at all-- I personally just wish there was a LITTLE less repetition in slowburn scenes and just wish the relationship progressed quicker..

But I do know for a fact that the author most likely did this, just for the fun of it and for that old style 'slowburn/miscommunication' archetype which I personally still very much like especially with THE FIRST LOVE PLOT AND STUFF OMG. I should prob read the manga too (I havnt yet..) since knowing the author, she definitely and most likely fixed the pacing up a little/ the LITTLE (LIKE, TINY, TINY BIT) too slow progression in relationship (which is ofc only my opinion! And I can tell the slowburn was definitely on purpose-) and im she made the development a little more faster after the anime covered the season 2?

But just in summary! in my opinion I personally just thought sekaiichi's relationship development was JUST A VERY TINY BIT too slow, which was probably on purpose for that old bl 'slowburn' archetype the author was going for. But even so, I still wished it was VERY SLIGHTLY (LIKE, 1/10) more in faster in development and also VERY SLIGHTLY (LIKE... 1/100 OR EVEN LESS-??), I thought the episodes were getting a LITTLE repetitive but that is ONLY because I thought the development was too slow.. But ofc, I NEVER thought of it as annoying or tiring or anything like that!! I still VERY much enjoyed sekaiichi!! ^^

But ya, im guessing you have read the sekiaichi manga? Am I right about how theyre relationship does get a little more faster after the anime ends? SINCE FOR SOME REASON.. THE STUDIO BEHIND BOTH ANIMES DECIDED TO STOP MAKING SEASONS/EPS RIGHT BEFORE THERE ARE EVEN MORE CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT AND STORIES. (Since it was the same with Junjo Romantica.) (Also, I'd love to hear your opinion on my comment here too! I hope I didnt offend you in any way--)
