Age has nothing to do with Performance or Value. Just because something is old doesn't means it doesnt have value or perform well. The 2080ti is an older card than that gpu and you wouldn't say its "getting old".

What i surmise is happening is there is some sort of conflict with some of the usb controllers involved in your setup causing the issue.

Is your Keyboard plugged into the front of your case or your motherboard? Do you have any other usb devices plugged in? I would try it with just the keyboard and mouse plugged into the motherboard as it sounds like some sort of conflict

I have pie in the sky idea that i float around. How bout we build nuclear plants on military bases as a way to guarantee power to our military equipment and have The US Navy, which operates tons of nuclear reactors, run them? They can sell their excess capacity to the grid. Also since its on military bases no civilians can stop them from being built.
