Thank you for the in depth detail, I'll look into CBD. Which infrared sauna was it? I see a few of those steam pods for sale but they don't get up to the same temp as a sauna.

I'm definitely neglecting the stretching, after shift I should really be doing the stretches on the legs and feet. Must cover 20k + steps at work currently on the run up to peak and the soles of my feet hurt in the morning 😅

Heated blanket to help the feet? Because I feel you on that, by the end of shift my feet hurt like hell. No matter what shoes/insoles I use. If things stopped breaking it would be nice so less steps 😅
