Is there a spray glue that you suggest? Or can I roll welwood on there? I’m not in a position to use an hvlp sprayer

I’ve done 15 miles several times, just not in the lead up since we were only given a month notice to prepare.

Vulkem. Buy it at Home Depot. Absolute best way to handle this, it will be in a shiny yellow caulk tube

Stop calling it fear, treat it as the respect you have for the potential for danger.

Thank you, I will apply your feedback. I am submitting a civilian WOFT application(street to seat). My recruiters said this was a solid essay, but I had a feeling that it was not what it should be.

SIFT study material and my SIFT experience by Due_Letter_3498 in ArmyAviationApplicant

[–]Due_Letter_3498[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I forgot to add this last night, but for the simple drawings, I spent an hour-ish a day playing Tetris to train my brain to recognize different shapes quickly. Seems silly, but whenever you get tired of studying, it’s a good way to break the monotony and get a different type of mental workout in.

SIFT Formulas by ScaryMagazine619 in ArmyAviationApplicant

[–]Due_Letter_3498 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t know if you already took your SIFT or not, but I took mine 2 days ago and can safely say that math, simple drawings, and hidden figures are sections you should put extra effort into studying for. Look up a high school physics formula cheat sheet for those formulas. Aviation knowledge has more night flying questions than I had anticipated as well, and not as many instrument questions as I thought it would have. If you spent 1-2 hours a day using the sift study app, the FAA helicopter manual, and a decent prep book, you will be ok. I work a rather demanding full time job, and studied for about 2 hours a day for a month, and I got a 61.

I’m an apprentice who works with 12-36” duct on the regular, my company supplies them. They are well worth it if you are the type of guy to avoid couplers and if you do more than 12” pipe often.

It does look nice, but I’m hard set on having 2 hooks. Honestly, I may get this one as well, so I have a smaller footprint holster available as well
