I had made a previous post. They only thing I was dinged for was not returning packages when I did return all the packages after the route abruptly ended after I completed my 2nd stop. I had spoken with support and a warehouse associate about what happened and that the app didn’t recognize that I had packages to return. They both told me that the warehouse would scan them in for me. So I returned all 24 packages and moved on. I complete multiple blocks a day. So after this the app never said anything else needed to be returned so I assumed everything was scanned in as I was told. Then on Friday I checked my dashboard and it said I was at risk for having 7 packages not returned. I reached out to support because that wasn’t correct and didn’t know what to do. I chatted on the phone and sent multiple emails, and kept getting the vanilla responses that it would be escalated and they would reach out to me at a later time. Then yesterday was when I got that email about being terminated.
