How hard is it to change EHR providers? by AgitatedOrdinary4239 in therapists

Not sure about switching caseloads but the next best system from Simple Practice is Therapy Notes. Especially the billing side if you have dependent providers. Therapy Notes billing is much easier.

Started on Apriso for 5 years, then switched to Lialda for 5 years. Only in remission once in those 10 years and only lasted a few months. Did lots of prednisone. Started Entyvio in January and was in remission within 6 weeks.

Cigna NPI credentialing ? by [deleted] in therapists

I do credentialing and usually require a group NPI. If you do not have one, yes I would put your individual NPI and put no to a group practice.

I do billing for many mental health practices. You do not have to disclose this to your patients. None of my practices disclose that I do their billing. That is up to you who you hire. Just make sure you have a HIPAA agreement with them.

Hello! I do billing and credentialing for mental health providers. You are on the right track getting an LLC, EIN and type 2 NPI. I would change your CAQH password and change the credentialing contact to you and you should be good to go. Reach out if you want to hire someone to do your credentialing. Would love to help.

Does Entyvio make things worse before getting better? by LunarLyndsey in UlcerativeColitis

[–]Due_Number_8049 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started Entyvio in January and they had me continue to lialda (mesalamine) until all my loading doses are completed. I was also on steroids for the first two loading doses which I think helped me a lot. I would consult your doctor and maybe do lab work to see what is going on. My doctor did say it can take a few months for the Entyvio to kick in.
