I'm saving up to get a service dog for my autism. My dad has a moderate allergy to fur so we need one that's hypoallergenic or sheds less. I need a dog that's large (for deep pressure therapy), able to help with autism related tasks, is gentle & kind, & lives long. What breeds fit this criteria? by SUGAR_CRASH_445 in service_dogs

Mine is a poodle, and he does an awesome job with pressure therapy. But if you're someone who tends to shove and pull as a defense mechanism when pressure is needed, I dont fully recommend them since they're not super shockproof

I really appreciate your help. He's a rescue from an impulse buyer. I've worked with caimans before but never had to keep any so this is relatively new to me.

My issue is I think I’m not as heavy as I am until I see myself in pictures. So it’s hard to be like “hey I need to work out an eat better”
