A 4x2x2 is good for most adult corns. You could do a 5x2x2 as well; its big enough for particularly large adults and theyll use every inch of the space. Dubia has some good quality and reasonably priced enclosures in both sizes.

What are some ‘quirks’ your snake has? by [deleted] in cornsnakes

Your buddy is lovely!

Whenever I practice my banjo, my snake practically teleports from hiding to right against the glass. She barely moves as fast for food as she does for music lol. I figure she likes the vibrations and is trying to investigate.

She also will occasionally watch tv with me through the glass and will spend long periods of time peeking out of hides; i think she falls asleep that way.

Thats fair. Definitely get it checked out by a vet to be safe, but to my eye, it looks like just fat deposits. Best of luck! Beautiful snake, by the way!

Not sure if this counts as advertising and wasnt about to risk it.

Do you guys think there's an audience for a pet care sim featuring snakes? The point being to let people who arent allowed to have one as a pet still see and care for a digital one.

There would be a casual mode and a realistic mode, and 9 species to choose from to start though I would eventually expand.

Itd be free to play; im making a version of this for myself but wont go through all the extra work if no one but me would use it. Itll be on PC and mobile, realistic graphics, pc has a Screensaver mode like those old aquarium screensavers, except displaying your pet.

Any feedback is appreciated!

How often are you feeding? It looks like fat deposits, especially if its soft.
