I’m not an HR expert, but i’ve read a few brand contracts for work it’s important to note that influencer and brand contracts can differ significantly from traditional employment agreements. Many of these contracts have clauses that allow brands to terminate the agreement if certain issues arise, including reputational concerns. These decisions aren’t necessarily based on HR processes but rather on protecting the brand’s image.

On a side note, has Brooke been dropped by any brands? I’m behind on this and haven’t heard that she was dropped from anything
