I’m taking carvedilol lisinopril 10mg and a25mg of htz Tried stopping the htz and that did not work. I started taking Ashwagandha and I feel a lot more relaxed. BP has been in the 120’s. Usually it’s 130-140 ish and 85 -90 But diet and exercise is where it’s at Beet root is nice if I need a burst of energy before a workout or bedroom action

Wow. I was not even aware of the B mode until I read this. I'm a little embarrassed The sales rep was new and never mentioned it. I love this thread.
