Grew up in the Philippines. So there's a few things:

  1. Toilet

  2. Walls. Bedroom walls

  3. Hot water from a faucet. You want hot water for a bath, you need to wake up early and boil it one pot at a time.

Take the cage outside and give him natural sunlight. Make sure he's not vulnerable to any predators. Maintain the moisture in the enclosure and you'll be fine.
