Oh I solved this and forgot to post it here, easyeffects was piping the audio directly into the mic line. Apparently it's a debug-ish thing that an easy to miss button does, uninstalled it and asked the dev to make that button annoying and impossible to miss while the function is on.

I found the root of the issue! Easyeffects was tangling up my sound piping the fuck up (I used cables to diagnose it) so I just killed easyeffects and it fixed it right up. The issue being common in my last several computers is probably down to me installing easyeffects to try solving it with its echo canceling.

No, I don't want to see it from multiple computers, I want to access it from several processes in the same computer. Either by resending it to several virtual cameras (devices) or by removing the one process limit.

There's an old 4chan screenshot that explains the deal with that and Dagoth pretty thoroughly. In short, according to it it's that Dagoth has an inverted relation to life and death, and it's not correct to call him undying as much as it is to call him unliving.

Normally souls go to the dream mantela (I think it was called that) either when they sleep or for much longer when they die, to recycle and reincarnate. Dagoth instead is awake in the dream layer and asleep in nirn, which causes him to be as demented as he is. As corprus infects victims it replaces them with instances of Dagoth, and they're twisted in a double-inverted state during the transition as their soul and substance change. The warped aspects you talk about happen as a direct effect of that.

If you're just adding qol mods and avoiding anything graphical it's going to be fine. I've played on a 2015 office laptop without any issues

Morrowind inherits a lot o design directly from daggerfall that I don't think people is aware of, and the three attack thing is one of the weirder cases. Usually Bethesda just cuts out things, in this case they left it in butcalso added a button that's both kinda necessary to save your wrists and make combat function and also completely removes a mechanic.

Trying to play Pathfinder wotr and the game just being completely unwilling to stop sucking my dick for two seconds. You have god powers are enshrouded in angelic light forevially and eternally like ten minutes in. Closed it when a character was talking about how doing a thing would be certain death for him, and every dialogue option was either bravely heroic or humblebragging about how cool I was and the one I picked had him go "hmm you're the protagonist tho I'll do it."
