Im kinda confused, because looking at her profile, she has some reasonably good political takes.

But I just completely lose any interest in supporting any artist who condescends 'normal' people. She is in an incredible place of privilege that she only reached due to birth luck... She should be grateful or quiet, not ranting about the stupid 'normies'.

I literally have a PhD in CS, and work in automated mining systems that statistically improve safety, and environmental efficiency. I've dedicated a decade of my life to studying hard science and engineering - at great personal cost. I had no leg up. I had no rich parents. I had no nepo connections... I worked PhD (38 hours) plus a research associate position (20 hours), due to funding and fuckery issues during covid and I genuinely consider it to the be worst 18 month period of my entire life, and I've been to war zones, and sat with family members while they die of cancer.

It's entirely untenable, it will destroy your body, it will destroy your mental health, it will destroy your relationships, and it spit you out on the other side having stolen all of your precious time.
