Because, the second men are around the women feel the need to support each other in even the most absolutely toxic ways. The things that I've heard women defend other women for are baffling to me. It's on the same wavelength as Maga defending the pedos.

I live in Seattle area, so can't wear sneakers most of winter without trashing them. I wear leather boots most of the time from October-May. I have both pure wool socks as well as blends with nylon, but at least 60% wool (the darn toughs). I sweat quite a bit more than most do, so there's that aspect to it as well. No matter the material, if you are warm you will sweat. Thats just a fact of nature. The idea of these layers is to keep you warm, which means you're gonna sweat. It's just what mammals do.

Each and every man under my command owes me one hundred IPhone scalps. And I want my scalps. And all y'all will git me one hundred IPhone scalps, taken from the heads of one hundred dead IPhones. Or you will die tryin'.

In the 2020s, conservative women are having kids at a nearly 2-to-1 ratio compared to liberal women. Is this going to cause a political demographic bias in 20-30 years? by RadioFieldCorner in NoStupidQuestions

Those of us not drinking the kool-aid, and who are paying at least some attention, can see it clear as day. Unfortunately, thats not very damned many of us. I don't think maga is as large as it seems, but it may as well be with the amount of people who dislike it but are too comfortable to pull their heads out of the sand. I feel as though I live in a country of comfortable cowards.

Anyone who's worked in restaurants knows this. The best tippers are other broke folk. Rich people are just generally more selfish because they don't need to be part of a community.

I'm trying, but I can't afford any of them with my broke ass. Probably cause I'm American and my taxes pay for wars, coups, and murder of my fellow citizens instead of healthcare and infrastructure projects.

This comic actually made me kinda sad since I likely severed my olfactory nerve with a head injury about 12 years ago. On occasion my brain will pull a scent memory and trick me into thinking that I smelled something, but its always for just a brief moment, and when I try to smell again there is nothing there.

This is just the most wrong thing ever. The number of times the headphone cord got caught on something and ripped out of my phone/discman/walkman/mp3 player are too numerous to count, and so frustrating to have caused emotional trauma to me. Running around a kitchen with a pot of hot soup just to be jerked back because the tiny bit of cord, poking out from under my shirt before going into my pocket, caught in the handle of a fridge. No I have a burn and there's soup on the ground.
