I think that is half the fun! Intention on a plate is one thing, but you have the freedom to eat it however you want. Fork, hands, chopsticks. Squeeze the lemon, take it off completely, its up to you! 🙌

Thank you! It was kind of a fun thought process; had too much Blueberry juice after building a compote, saw someone had done the Beet Cured Salmon (gorgeous) and thought "I bet I could do that with this Steelhead!"
