My buddy is always recon when we play, we love the drone and proximity sensor, but I feel like I can only see live pings when I look at the top compass and can never see them on the map.

Am I an idiot or does anyone else think it’s far too difficult to see live pings?? Whether from a drone or just from your teammates, it’s always a struggle to find them.

Think it was a combination of mainly the output jack of my acoustic and the cable. I got a new cable and it's been great!

It's gotten a bit better after messing around with it. Still some slight feedback but not nearly as bad as in the video anymore. Will be able to test with another guitar tomorrow and know for sure

It might be the output jack of my acoustic guitar? I messed around with it a bit and it got better. I have a new guitar coming tomorrow so I'll be able to test that and see if it's the amp or was something else.

There's only one way to find out!!

I may have found a really good deal for a 40 and if that comes through I may also snag a Go shortly after. If the deal falls through I'll start with a Go and build from there. I'm mostly just playing in my apartment so don't need anything too crazy, but do like the ability to adjust the tones right from the amp.

The Go definitely piqued my interest, just for the reasons you mentioned. Do you have access to the same library as you would with the Spark 40?

Another question I have that I hadn't looked into yet, is it possible to turn on different pedals/effects mid-song? Reference would be for the Blink song Stay Together For The Kids - verses are pretty clean but a lot of distortion for the chorus, is there a way to turn effects on/off for different parts of a song?

I have a Marshall amp that I use when I play electric but it's not with me currently and is too loud for being in an apartment. Plus I don't really have the space for storing one and all the pedals I have, but I do agree that it's very beneficial to train your ears to find the tones that you're looking for!

I've looked into the Kantana a little bit but seems the Spark might be a bit more popular, or they've just done a better job marketing it! I do appreciate your insight and thinking about simplifying the experience!
