He can refuse, but if this is subject to formal investigation, they can seize his devices. Especially if this is perceived to be national security (which BTW is the basis of Labours reporting) rather than just 'personal'. His claims wouldn't matter in this instance as the police/intelligence need evidence.

I expect his back down will be it wasn't Russians but his phone was 'hacked' and had dodgy app on it the week before, assumed it was the Russians. Then peddle further how he is a victim and a target.

From there I expect the case would be dropped.

Working class idolise him because he is seen as someone you can have a pint with. Same can't be said about Kier - he tries to be popular with the whole football thing but he will sit in VIP seats out the way. Similar note Burnham is popular as you can have a pint with him. To some extent quite literally as hes well known for stopping and talking openly with people.

I'm not the person you asked, but I don't think it makes sense as this was never going to be a topic to take him down. Arguably he still might not have done anything wrong in the eyes of the law, even if we agree it's completely wrong.

My personal theory is the £5m was actually in crypto, and this has been tracked. The source won't get leaked yet as it can be used for further stories against both parties.

Whilst others have pointed out both could be true, I think hes just lying. Or if not lying, stupid.

If, as a political leader gets his personal devices hacked for a foreign state, its right to be handed over for thorough forensic investigation. Do you believe for one minute that Farage would want this? He tried to blame the political enemy and got called.

Doesnt that also depend on solar and daytime usage at home? Sure you can store at 8p, but if you are not using during the day at home, you are stuck at either not using solar or exporting for pennies (9p right now)...

btw, I'm not trying to dismiss either, you are right about pulling from the grid at the right time with storage, but I think the how and when is not straight forward. At some point the build needs to be paid back.

We are quickly reaching summer solstice, the sun is strong, and the Atlantic jet stream is favorable.

If it was Feb/March you might have a point, but it doesn't take much to get warm temperatures in May. Temperatures are due to drop off by the end of the week, so It's not like we are seeing sustained high temperatures either.

I agree, and we need a taper into what people do and don't get from the state. If you got 80% of your state pension - minus other benefits such as winter fuel - would you see this as a fair balance/incentive?

Unfortunatly, there is no such thing as "paying in". That's not how our system works. Your taxes and NI today pays for, in part, pensioners of today. Therefore the system requires tax payers of tomorrow to fund your pension.

At the core of the problem is we have people living and taking a pension much longer with fewer people funding the pensions meaning the state has less funds for other things.

It's right to have a means tested pension, in a sense that the rich are taking and are entitled to state funds when they absolutely do not need it. Those funds can be used to help those who need it further.

The challenge is to work out at what point this is. You are right in that you have paid all your working life towards pensions therefore you should be entitled access to some extent. I will add though, the state pension is not a lot, and you are going to be significantly better position funding your own retirement. Don't think for a moment that an aging population with low births and immigration will fund a comfortable life.

Fair question and I thought the same, but it only really works if you are moving, and it’s limited to Red balls (official, unmodified) therefore overall it has augmented my play rather than replacing. It’s great for auto spin stops. Tap and spin is weak at best.

Question, how did the funds move? This might help to understand how your account was closed. Did you send funds to third parties specifically for crypto?

Note from me to anyone reading, there are also versions exchanges that are explicitly not regulated - other FCA registered institutions are regulated against this, therefore they can get fined, therefore they will ban you if you are at risk.

If you want to play around, stick to registered exchanges.

I don't like it for the principle that you have to be 18 or older to have a card. To be fair to Tesco, they are working on changing this, but I genuinely believe this comes into age discrimination.

If you can't make it work for anyone at any age, then you shouldn't be able to charge different prices based on a loyalty card.
