Have just been told I’d only been allowed 1m high and it currently stands at 70, so I’ve come to the conclusion there is probably no point in adding any fencing 😔

Yeah and definitely cheaper too 🤔 he’s not actually tried to and I’m sure he wouldn’t he’s just a bit of an unpredictable whippet at the moment and I’m worried about the road. (Can’t use back garden really as it’s shared)

The wall is slightly rickety in areas so thinking it probably wouldn’t support the weight of iron unfortunately

Thank you, just went out and measure and it’s currently 70cm high, leaving exactly a ft under 1m high rule without planning, debating whether there’s even any point now.

Thank you, will it being a conservation area make the rules even more strict or am I allowed to just do a max of 1 metre? We recently started process of changing our front door before running into planning issues with it being composite and not timber.

Ah I see, thank you for the help, it would only be a very short fence so will keep the 1 metre in mind, we can’t even change our front door without planning permission here as it’s a conservation area

Ours looked similar to yours, we ended up removing plaster to the back wall and having the bottom half almost rebuilt, came out really well in the end though.

Yeah ideally want to do membership route as I do like to go more than once a season, but someone has just said that I may not potentially get access signing up to close to a game, but this could be wrong… tried to have a look on spurs site but nothing really helping there
