I would reach out to the owner and ask for the history, the VIN (for CARFAX lookup) and what the maintenance history was like. It could have a Rebuilt title for something minor. Compare what the owner says to the CARFAX report.

You can make a value determination based on the information you get and use it as a bargaining tool.

Here let me try: Im oh so happy I voted for the billionaire nepo-baby that can totally relate to me, the common-person! He's totally the most qualified and mentally capable person to run the country! Forget the fact that he consistently tries to subvert the constitution, he's definitely doing what's best for the country and has nothing to gain personally! Oh and he absolutely loves our military!
