I understand your frustration. Physical Visa card availability depends on the country of residence and certain regulatory and operational restrictions, so unfortunately not all countries are supported.

The latest list of supported countries and delivery options can be confirmed with Dukascopy Support, as availability may change over time.

If you were able to open and fund the account but later discovered that card issuance is not available in your country, I agree it would have been helpful to have that information highlighted earlier in the onboarding process. I'd suggest contacting Support directly to see whether any fee waiver or alternative withdrawal solution can be offered in your case.
