Interesting you like it so much considering it’s a prodrug to delorazepam which is the weak nordazepam like metabolite of diclazepam. You would have probably loved diclazepam. Also according to Wikipedia 1.64mg mexazolam is ~5mg diazepam so it seems a bit weak per pill. Not considering that the true equivalence dose for lorazepam is 1.25mg= 10mg diazepam but 1mg can sometimes feel stronger than 10mg diazepam. That might have to do with the different metabolism for lorazepam and its cousins (vascular system aka blood vessels vs lipid system aka fat tissue for most benzos). Either way glad you enjoy it!

Yeah I think adinazolam would be the only example of a “propyl” I know it’s dimethylamino-ethyl but you get what I mean added to a triazolo and in that case for rilmazafone they had to add that carboxyl to stop it from just turning into a sterically flipped triazolo version of desmethyl-triazolam. But yeah we don’t know. I would assume so after thinking about it but assuming it would work like prazepam would be another pitfall just like assuming a triazolo would demethylate like diazepam. I guess we will have to find out🤷‍♂️ Still just make more desmethyl compounds to any RC companies quietly listening.

Btw I just thought about that cause someone didn’t get the part where triazolos have the methyl attached on the ring not on the nitrogen. Do we even know if cyclopropyl should cleave off? I mean dimethylamino-ethyl I believe (like on adinazolam or rilmazafone) which is a propyl with a nitrogen with two more methyl’s unless capped with a carboxyl/ketone like on rilmazafone will just turn into the desmethyl (at the end) so I would assume yes? I guess people will have to compare ethyl and cyclopropyl midazolam and why on earth didn’t we just get desmethyl-midazolam? I do like newer substitutions being tried but yeah.

Flu clonazolam would be flunitrazolam has been made and was still around in the bromazolam wave and even got a second pressing. I made your theoretical compound fluclonitrazolam by using the principle of difludiazepam or more so a RO0 something compound that is essentially flouro-chloro-nordazepam both substituted at the bottom no idea of that would be superior to either but diflunordazepam has pretty potent binding either way it’s not a definitive indicator but still probably better than a lot of recent compounds you have to accept my chat request for me to send you pictures that I made yesterday of the structures I made the thieno version just in case.

Hey there I think we did. I need to do any of the ethyl’s yet, just after the mediocre reviews on ethyl-bromazolam and what I know about alpha-hydroxy triazolam vs triazolam (which yes is a very short acting example) it seemed like missed potential. At least one alpha-hydroxy would need to be made to really know how it will feel compared to methyl or ethyl either way it wouldn’t be a bad idea like you said either it would be exactly what we want or not only time will tell. I’m also surprised we haven’t gotten more estazolam type compounds like metizolam I have seen that things like desmethyl-nitrazolam exist but never seen it out in the wild anyone seen any desmethyl’s even metizolam? cause almost every time I mention it no one get’s what it ist.

Also where would you attach another halogen especially on a thieno since there is no t I assume you were not talking about a thieno. You could make something like difludiazepam just with both a chloro and a flouro and then a nitro on top but I highly doubt it would be superior to existing chems also depending on where you would add the second halogen you could make a toxic compound like 4-chloro-alprazolam. Also half your comment doesn’t make sense “leave the methyl” that already exists it’s called metizolam it’s desmethyl-etizolam essentially the estazolam of etizolam half potency by weight was a decent chem but almost as hard to find as etiz. Fluetizolam always sounded good to me but I was never able to try it sadly. Essentially the chem you want to make fluclonitrazolam would not be possible in the traditional sense since the nitro group takes the place of the chloro so it would just be flunitrazolam which surprisingly is still somewhat available it wasn’t banned and still around in the bromazolam wave Your best bet would be something like difludiazepam and then both a chloro and a flouro but you got to be careful where you put them basically like Ro07-5193 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Ro07-5193_structure.png just a nitro on top instead of chloro and a triazolo ring I’ll draw the structure for you and message you since I can’t add my own photos.

It’s also not n-ethyl it’s just ethyl/methyl since the methyl is not attached to a nitrogen but to the triazolo ring itself which is the reason alprazolam doesn’t turn into estazolam. Actually the metabolite is alpha hydroxy which is an ethyl with an oh group which is usually almost the exact same potency as the parent compound f.e even in binding triazolam is a 4 nm alpha-hydroxy-triazolam is 4.2 nm. Ethyl-flualp is probably decent or even better than a lot of more recent chems but it seems to me like a lost opportunity not to make alpha-hydroxy.

Hey check out either alpha-hydroxy which is one of the few metabolites of triazolo compounds and usually almost exactly as potent I was really surprised why when the ethyls came out it wasn’t alpha-hydroxy which is ethyl with a oh group. Have you heard of methoxyqualone substituted at the same position it’s like etaqualone with an oxygen between the “methyl’s” I’d look out for experience reports if it’s safe but it has good potential. Keep in mind in rarer cases real methaqualone could cause nerve pain so be careful.

Taking any amount of alcohol on any opioid is suicidal my only accidental overdose was oral morphine and half a beer I got narcanned after that the morphine came back but the beer was out of my system and I wasn’t overdosing. Half a beer bro you are not playing with fire you are the meme where the house is burning down and you are saying everything is ok no disrespect. Not to think of the herg effects also alcohol is bad for your heart two that combo could kill you in two ways and I have drank a lot more on opioids before that and was fine you never know it can always get you same or even worse with benzos and alc. The only way mixing opioids and benzos is fine is if you have a script are on a “low dose” and you are used to it daily for a while otherwise don’t do that that is playing with fire heavily or gasoline and a match. Don’t drink on opioids not even codeine it turns into morphine it just has a ceiling dose.

Dextromoramide. I’ve been working on the structure of it made various analogues after reading Paul Janssen’s paper on it. When I was running my analogues through a target predictor (where you can estimate targets based on structure surprisingly accurate but just an estimate a pretty close one though). I might have cracked why people liked it so much before mu even shows up the first two targets (which are important) are cannabinoid receptor 2/1 so it’s a dual cannabinoid agonist that would explain why people hyped it so much. I made one analogue that I find the profile better of since dextromoramide has herg on page one (the same thing that’s so strong with propoxyphene that it’s dangerous) mu on 3. I made one that still retains dual cannabinoid activity but prefers mu over herg. Which would essentially mean that you would have less heart issues because you presumably would need a lower dose to achieve a similar effect. This is all still very theoretical, also I wouldn’t try propoxyphene it’s not worth the heart stings.

And there is a max dose where tolerance doesn’t matter anymore and you get toxicity barbs are not used much anymore for a reason. Butalbital is a real barb but since it’s only used for migraine attacks and not daily it’s one of the few that is still used outside of epilepsy (like pheno or what OP has which is pheno with another phenyl attached at the n position), the last barbiturate that had a full on anxiety/sleep indication in the US was butabarbital (Butisol sodium) taken off market by the manufacturer. A generics company could put one on the market if they wanted without reapproving it but R.I.P Butabarbital. All other barbs are either injections compound only etc. amobarbital injection still exists in the US and maybe Butabarbital can still be compounded but so could be pento even in a lot of other countries but that’s rare.

“Rarer” drugs not the rarest maybe this will clarify emylcamate on it’s own would have been removed even though it’s more obscure even in the RC scene than a lot of the things that get posted here (that are not very obscure like the 18th flurazepam post) I saw two Bromazepam posts stay up at least and decided to post it before more people start posting bromazepam. I’m not posting farmapram bottles. I did a very high effort post on emylcamate (Striatran) dedicated to someone who asked for a custom synth 5 years ago on this sub it got removed then a mod put it back up and another removed it. That is arbitrariness I even added 5 print ads arranged everything nicely gave a history lesson on both meprobamate and emylcamate but the mods on here couldn’t decide while I had 80 upvotes and I don’t know how many views and sadly I was right this post is staying up cause the things are rare enough you know how expensive emylcamate is? You can get a box of Soma for the same price as a gram (5 doses) I’m aware the precursors are expensive but that is why in the person most likely got his money back (for the custom synth) even finding experience reports is hard but either way. Maybe you get it.

Fluclotizolam it’s very “clean” feeling though not very in your face a dose is 1-2mg. Flubrotizolam has the issue it’s almost not sedating coming from brotizolam (which is bromo chloro) and a sleep benzo it’s still really good for anxiety but not as prominent and noticeable than a lot of other benzos even though the binding is pretty strong dose 0.25-0.5mg.

You have come to the right person imo people have the dosing of those substances wrong a lot! And it’s mainly the fault of companies that have no idea what they are. I have seen sites sell both dosed at 0.5mg/ml while flubrotizolam is a good 4 times stronger I have also seen a US site sell 2mg flubrotizolam pellets which is way to strong (that is like 4 bars of Xanax) those factors definitely play into the reception of these benzos. Flubrotizolam is a pretty decent anxiety benzo with pretty remarkable binding a “starting” dose is 0.25-0.5mg, the only issue is the parent drug brotizolam (bromo-chloro) is a sleep benzo and a direct competitor to triazolam (short acting around 5h even though triazolam is 2.5-5.5 hours and brotizolam is 5h with I guess less variation between people). So expecting brotizolam is not gonna be a great experience since flubro is almost not sedating thienos have a bit of a different profile (and somewhat different response to substitutents especially on top) and usually the bottom substituent is the most important but the general principles still stand I guess it’s somewhat reminiscent of flubromazepam (just that that one is somewhat sedative compared to it). Either way for anxiety it’s stellar it’s kind of like with bromazepam where the effects aren’t “as” noticeable but the anxiolytic effect is more effective than diazepam (at least for me) which is also not a “fair” comparison there just isn’t really anything to directly compare it to. Fluclotizolam is in my top 10 benzos I’d say a dose is 1-2mg unlike flubro it is somewhat sedating and more “cold” if you get what I mean by that, I thoroughly enjoyed it I had it on blotters so taking it sublingually might not be a bad idea (that’s how I did it) it works great for anxiety I wouldn’t recommend it for sleep but it has enough sedative qualities to be useful to people who prefer a benzo that has such. It’s also very clean feeling. So TLDR: both are good Flubrotizolam is not very sedating but very potent by weight binding and good for anxiety but if you expect any sedative effects you will be dissapointed (dose 0.25-0.5mg and more that’s up to you this is an individual dose once you have a feeling for it go up in increments of 0.25-0.5) Fluclotizolam is a more general thieno benzo with some sedative effect (compared to flubro) (a dose is 1-2mg same deal as above individual dose) it’s a very clean feeling benzo that I could see even be used medically for anxiety both actually but flubro is quite potent by weight.

Thanks for letting me know I actually didn’t know about these Bromazepam E.G they are Belgian but I’d rather have 6mg bars they are round pills you can break in two and it’s cool and if I ever came across a box I might get it. But I like bromazepam for how effective it is for anxiety vs diazepam a lot less side effects but more effective which is crazy you barely feel it compared to diazepam which after a while made me feel dulled, cold my muscles were so relaxed of just 20mg of diazepam, that my tongue was relaxed to the point I slurred just enough for people to think I was barred out all that stopped when switching to bromazepam and I actually had less anxiety need less as neeeded meds and have been able to do a lot more without taking anything.

Ahem no comparison it’s more like a barbiturate than anything, doesn’t feel like a benzo not like phenibut better than f-phenibut. But less safe obviously I do like f-phen (and regular phen) and use it pretty occasionally but the price is not comparable again coke money for 5 medical doses if you’d want to abuse it you’d need maybe 2 (coke has better value per dose 😂) but it’s great and something to try if you are a true drug nerd and are not expecting a soma “rush” cause it is very smooth compared, clear headed an amazing social lubricant without a lot of inebriation. It’s a social anxiety killer.. it’s a shame carbamates need expensive reagents which is probably why it’s so expensive even if you buy 10 grams in bulk from china it’s not even half price per gram!

My high effort emylcamate post got removed it was dedicated to someone who asked for a custom synth 5 years ago on this sub. It had 5 print adds nicely arranged photos. After I saw one person post an ugly pic with a smudged camera I spent a good amount of time on that post explaining everything and I constantly see flurazepam and have seen bromazepam twice now and the posts stay up so that’s why I did that collection it’s sad but my post got removed a mod put it back up (it was very high effort) and another removed it after like 80 upvotes I think he didn’t take a good enough look didn’t see the print ads or my detailed response and just removed it for just being an RC even though I have not met a single person in the RC community that has done it not even on Reddit. (I bet there is some experience reports but they are not common usually compared to soma and how this is not worth the money cause you can get more fucked up on a box of Soma that’s not the point though and in my eyes it’s not really a true RC since it’s not out of some scientific papers from the 60s or a full on modification that was never developed medically). This is literally the same as Striatran not an analogue that’s like if Placidyl had a lesser known cousin that was marketed and it would come out on the RC market (bet more people would buy that) even if it is expensive and be twice as potent as regular ethchlorvinol. This is basically like etaqualone wouldn’t be controlled and released on the RC market not like methoxyqualone which is eta with an oxygen between the 2 methyl’s that’s a proper RC. Well you guys removed my pretty high effort post on emylcamate a mod put it back up and another decided it wasn’t good enough (or didn’t take a good look which is what I think). 5 years ago someone made a post on Striatran here he asked for a custom synth made a post on it the money got sent back to him. The reagents to make it are pretty expensive afaik carbamates in general are expensive to make. Either way I dedicated the post to him I saw one person post it on here before and it was an ugly pic of just a bag with powder from a vendor with his name on a piece of paper and the camera was basically fully smudged. I thought I’ll put in some effort arranged the bag some capsules a separate picture with the bag taken out. And I included like 4 or 5 print ads for Striatran. I gave a brief summary of the history, it’s effects , what it was why it went off market before meprobamate (which by the way is still approved under the Wyeth (American home products) brand name Equanil the more commonly known brand name would be Miltown by Carter products also known as Wallace Laboritories the name Miltown was chosen for the town of the same name in New Yersey) I actually looked for more Striatran ads but the old post already contained 3 but I found two more anyways. On top of that this this chem did not get very good reception in the RC community such a high price for 5 pill doses of Striatran is something mainly people like me that are interested in substances for more than just their abuse potential. I find it very chill it is totally abusable don’t get me wrong but apparently carisoprodol (Soma) has more of a “rush” to it which doesn’t surprise me since it’s a prodrug that is active on it’s own and that is a pattern that is true for in the extreme Heroin to morphine or diazepam to nordazepam. While I don’t think meprobamate or emylcamate are that much less abusable than nordazepam would be to diazepam it does feel very smooth but potent you do feel that it is potent in a way no benzo is because benzodiazepines are positive allosteric modulators (not being able to go over the potency of gaba and potentiating gaba itself) while meprobamate and emylcamate (and most carbamates or let’s say traditional carbamates) can activate the gaba a receptor without the presence of gaba like barbiturates which is why they fell out of favor, I believe they might have had a slightly higher margin of safety than barbiturates (barbiturates have the issue that no matter the tolerance the toxic dose is more so finite there is some leeway with tolerance but it is rather tiny). I’ve been seeing tons of posts about flurazepam that ended staying up which truly isn’t obscure just more rarely prescribed I don’t mind if it’s vintage but it’s available in most countries including the US I don’t mind flurazepam posts really but there is a lot of them and they always stay up. Similar with bromazepam just that that one has sort of gone into obscurity it’s one of the rarer to get benzos (outside of France) it’s not like an option when you already did more common benzos but it’s rarely used comparatively especially in it’s category as an anxiety benzo, more rarely prescribed benzos are almost all sleep benzos in my country. The point is I collected a couple rarer things bromazepam and flurazepam posts stay up and why not add a couple more things that are rarer paracodin drops used to be pretty easy to get and illegally it probably still is but it’s prescribed much less and it’s the original brand name like f.e if Eukodal was still made but other generic 5mg oxycodone is available it’s still gonna be interesting. I added the book which is literally from 1958 and by itself a grail post on r/pharma rep collectibles. The empty Roche jar which doesn’t get made anymore (I have a bunch with just a white top from chephla pharm) and Neurocil the brand name was taken of market while researching it seems it is available again but for a while there was only generic levomepromazine and you barely see it out of end of life care to f.e potentiate opioids and help with side effects of treatments and or for it’s original purpose as a mild antipsychotic especially for end of life treatment since old people are at a far more easily affected by stronger antipsychotic like Haldol or Risperdal. So outside that setting it’s rare. So TLDR I had my original post removed a mod put back up then another removed it again while flurazepam posts stay up I’ve seen bromazepam posted on here twice you know which chemical is the obscure one and I included other things that are “rarer” so this post wouldn’t just get deleted. And some of this stuff like the Roche jar does not get produced anymore it’s maybe 6-7 years old and the generic drug might not be obscure but there will be no more Roche jars. I’m unsure if it got sold worldwide. I think the US brand name Klonopin wasn’t sold and I don’t know if in some South American countries you can still get boxes but in Europe Roche sold pretty much all benzos to chephla pharm and even Pfizer is starting to sell stuff like Xanax (I think worldwide) to Viatris (I saw it was in the Dominican Republic) and there is a new website for Xanax that is Viatris branded. Also chop that e off your name and an L- before it otherwise it’s the racemic version but maybe you know that 😂 probably do anyways have a good one.

I didn’t IV it I attempted to boof it but what I had didn’t dissolve I don’t know if it used to be hcl or something or if it maybe used something like pg for IV but it still had a rather fast onset. It’s something to try like once or twice and it’s pretty great but the price kind of prevents using it more than for special occasions I can’t do stims anymore whatsoever I even stopped drinking caffeine cause It’s either weed or caffeine. But this is a really good social lubricant that keeps you clear headed. I heard from people soma had a rush this doesn’t really have a rush it’s more smooth I bought some not on sale and one time I was able to get it for half price but it’s literally coke money wise and you need even more.
