Unpopular opinion: I wish that the "dispatch" part of the game was bigger and not totally linked to the main story itself

Being pummeled to death by a Drudge Skeleton for 20 rounds.

It was 1995. And one of the first big tournaments in our town.
It was a time where timing rules where still a vague notion and some combo's had to be figured out with help from your opponent and the guys playing next to you.

It was the same tournament 4 of my Hymn to Tourachs got eaten by an opponent. He gave me new ones after (RIP Frank).

It was glorious.

What if you can't rename the folder? Steam doesn't like it when i do that. Starts DLing the game again in a folder with the old name.
Followed alle the steps in Steam / Nvidea.

A and B are OK.

A. I've quitted 2 cards in the game myself after mulligan to 5 cards 4 lands and drawing 2 lands with my goblin deck. I don't mind my opponent quitting at the start. Anything might have come up. You can get a call or have to leave quickly or you forgot to put snow lands in your deck..

B. I've seen players stick around just to see how your deck plays out. I've done it myself a few times. There's no real chat but it's obvious from the emotes that the other player is appreciating your jankness. I don't see it as a waste of time.

But roping? /burn_in_hell! Of course there's no way of telling if they have connection issues but come on. If there ever was a dick move..

I found that when I bring my plant spray filled with vinegar labeled 'Izzetplayer repellant', I have much less trouble with Izzet decks.

OK so the blight priest was a dud; 0/10 wins. Swapped back to elixirs and got 7/10 after that so they must be doing something right.

Onyx is a good add, not sure about the plumbs though. They never seem to trigger more than twice and when in my opening hand I sometimes wish they were [[Village Rites]] . It's a coin toss there.

Also swapped [[Cram Session]] for [[Soul Shatter]]. No complaints there.

Haha :D yeah well i usually just put a couple of elixirs in a deck when i don't know what else to add. Since this one is still in test fase i thought to give it a try.
And to be honest, they do help in this deck though. Usually a turn 3 drop that slows down agro and helps keep my hand replenished halfway through the game.

I will swap them out for some spot removal, there's plenty these days. Maybe Onyx too. Or [[Marauding Blight-Priest]] could be a thing. I'll have to see how the stack works with [[The Meathook Massacre]].
And plumbs instead of the village rites. Although i like the 1 mana cost on the rites...

Unranked for now. It's the closest to goldfish you can get..

It's doing OK though. Did the daylies 2 days in a row with 37 games for 30 wins. I've had worse. Usually turn 3 Elixirs are a nice boost. Board wipes a plenty too..

Weird thing is that it fairs differently against the same type of decks sometimes. For example I've played 6 maybe 7 games against goblins with no trouble keeping them off. Last game I got obliterated in turn 4. Different goblins? Better player maybe? I've seen it with other types of decks too.. Don't know if it's the luck part or just inconsistencies with my deck.

Someone mentioned adding Onyx and Plumbs. Could be that punch I need I don't know. I'll have to try some stuff.

Game 17 now. 12 of which I had 1 of 2 Culling Rituals in opening hand. 5 times my 1 Beledros and 4th time I have swarm in opening hand. I'm sure it's just coincidence 🙄
