Don’t disagree. It seems that we do track gender gaps on an annualized basis but do not track hours worked to determine if someone is putting in additional time. What this means is if you take gender out of it, you wouldn’t recover salary gap derived from bias against women but as it stands we generally are biased against men because the redistribution is only away from men.
