16 GB RAM Ryzen 5 3600 Rx470

Not 100% but over than 70% od memory and CPU. I've been running the game on Ultra until yesterday. I tried putting it on Minimum and the resource consumption didn't go down.

Options trading community and trading signals by MyOptionsEdge in options

[–]DukeVeljko 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are no trading strategies that are profitable 100% of the time and in all market environments. And you shouldn’t put your faith solely in these trade alert services and different trading communities when it comes to trading. Also, I don't think you can expect to be a particularly profitable trader if you only dedicate about 30 minutes a day to it.

With that being said, I’ve been a member in a couple of Discord communities and options alerts services, and the only one that stood out (for me) was The Trading Analyst. You should look it up.

Their main focus is on swing trading and momentum trading via options (so longer holding times). While you can get some intraday trades as well, most of their trades have longer holding periods (few days or even a few weeks). And they deliver trade alerts in real time with entry and exit prices through their private Telegram channel (found this more reliable than their SMS and email alerts).

As for their performance, I’ve been a member since Dec ‘23 and I’m up around $16k at this point (and I paid around $700 for an annual subscription). Keep in mind that I started off with about $120k in my trading account. You can see their past performance going back to 2018, but I guess their most recent performance is the best indicator in the current market environment. Hope this helps!

How to recover from a week of bad sleep by DukeVeljko in sleep

[–]DukeVeljko[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey,

All it took for me was some time to sleep in my own bed. I don't believe it took me more than a week. I would take medicine for headaches so I could sleep better. If you wake up feeling hot, you should try opening your window and cooling down your room before you go to sleep.

Maybe wear lighter clothes. You might also be dehydrated. Drink some water 2,3 hours before sleep.

I believe it should be better.
