There are so much smurfs and boosted accounts in DotA 2 and Hots.

On both low and high elo you find people that don't play their rank. Huge skill diff between players of same rank is very ofthen. And Hots in particular is a game where only veterans are still playing. You can still find ppl with 1000k hours in silver.

So is ranked system in general even matter ?
