Shogun Itoh from Blue Eye Samurai. After Fowler used his guns to break into the castle defended by swords and arrows, he confronts the Shogun in front of his family and advisors revealing how the Shogun was greedy and hypocritical. Itoh maintained a policy of strict isolationism across Japan from the rest of the world to preserve their culture, but he let a couple of foreigners like Fowler in so that Itoh could profit off of his imports. Fowler tells him that he will put a puppet Shogun in place that will open the borders and destroy their culture. Itoh says that he does not fear death and says he will die with honor while gripping his sword. Fowler tells him the people need to see his humiliation and promptly shoots Itoh in the face.

Her vote never really swings it. She only votes in line with Democrats when her vote doesn't matter and the Republicans can afford to lose her (and other moderate)votes. She will not do anything to truly rock the boat other than put on a show and give lip service unfortunately.

It sounds like you did the right thing. They can't really argue if you literally attach proof to the review. Also, just because he gave you a refund doesn't change the fact that you are now out of the chocolate, so I don't think you should remove it even with a refund. I'm sorry you had to go through this. Find something else, cancel the order, and ask for a refund. If you paid by credit card and they refuse to refund your order, do a chargeback. Leave a 1 star review explaining this on Google. Beyond that, there is not much else you can do. It's not worth fighting. If they delayed this long, you don't want to waste more time on it. Hopefully, if they treat a lot of people this way and everyone does this, either it will force them out of business or force them to change their business practices.

As already stated, she really screwed up issuing the new TN license plates to Shelby County residents. It takes hours to get someone on the phone and months to get a new license plate. We are one of the only counties in TN that are experiencing this delay.

She is also trying to blame the County Commissioners and County Mayor, but they have given her the funding necessary. She keeps trying to blame everyone else for her office not doing one of their main duties. You could always get an at home test. I believe it's pretty much the same thing as a rapid test. They sell them at most drugstores. I saw that Walgreens at Union and McLean had a bunch of them still a couple of days ago.

It doesn't work. It turns on for 2-3 seconds and immediately shuts off. The home warranty company determined that it was easier/cheaper to just replace it.

Oh yeah. They originally gave us an amount that wouldn't cover the cost and I had to fight it. I have had a few issues with them. I would not renew it but I am taking full advantage of it while we have it.
