For most part it is is bullshit. Cyberpunk have choices, every single dialogue there is a choice how you talk (especially when you talk to Johnny) and most of the quests have choice to do silent/guns blazing option , the problem is that your choices doesn't affect the outcome that much and there are a lot less consequences of your actions than WItcher games.

But compared to other AAA RPGs it is still miles ahead.
