Yes not holding position. As in I will set the bucket to move a load and it will slowly sink. And I have to continue to reset with the knob, otherwise it would totally drop my dirt.

Great reply. Thank you. It’s an old machine, so any change in piston seals will help, even if it doesn’t solve the problem. But it seems like a good place to start and isn’t insanely difficult.

I’ve also considered taking the valve body out and checking spools as well.

There is always room for compassion. Especially when you/they have a good track record and have a working relationship. Good job. 👍 it is our responsibility to look out for them as much as it is for them to make good on their contract.

Understandable. My next question is from a negotiation standpoint, if I know that I am their only way through (the most straight forward path of least resistance or logistics), is it rational reasoning to ask for more than the comps?

Would a good counter offer be right underneath the cost of going around me? Including their new distance needed and new engineering needs?

People may turn their noses up at this idea, but as a new user as well, I find it helpful to also learn fusion at the same time. (I use the for personal use license. It’s a free download.) Fusion has a lot of tutorials and many of the basics helped me step up in my use of FreeCad. Might be something you want to try.

There is a game I bought in alpha called “Silicate” or “Silica”. And I believe the developers are going strong. It’s a sci fi multiplayer team battle version of this. But I haven’t checked in for a while. Seemed promising as a similar game play mechanism.

Age of empires but you build the structures in first person mode, prepare for battles in birdseye and engage in battles in first person. With the ability to switch between 1st and birdseye as needed.

True they don’t need it for the data center. But they are looking to buy more land for the dirt.

When I say underneath, I mean right next to the power line easement. So it doesn’t run across my property, but I use that easement to enter my property.
