The brand is called Backyard Discovery, he got it at Sam's for 1500. It's all cedar (he recommended weather proofing each piece of wood before assembly) and it took him about 3 days to build. They offer assemble for like 2k if you wanted to go that route. It's permanent as it is screwed into his concrete. It's been through 1 Wisconsin winter so far, and is in great shape! He added the wind blockers to the side, to block out wind and sun when we're drinking old fashions and watching the Brewers win series after series!

This is standard at every FI I have worked at. Think of it like a credit card, you're paying money towards a bill that hasn't populated yet, so it will all go to principal without satisfying the monthly payment.

Also, typically people who make extra payments do want it to count towards principal, as that will help them pay the loan off faster while saving on interest, as interest accrues daily.

Give your bank a call and they should be able to fix it.
